Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. Orders under $35 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Delivery time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S., depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods (holidays, sales events).

International shippingWe ship to select international destinations. Available countries and shipping rates are displayed at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing, although customs delays may occur.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their destination country. These charges are not included in the order or shipping total. Some products may be unavailable in certain countries due to local import restrictions.

Lost or delayed packages
